THE FUTURE OF DOCTORS AND MED SCHOOLS

Today, when we look at the world around us, we clearly see that everything is changing. In fact, change itself is already behind us, and we have entered a completely new era an era very different from the one we knew before.

Traditional jobs are slowly disappearing. In my opinion, one of the traditional professions that once had very high prestige, but will eventually fade away—whether we like it or not is medicine, dentistry, and to some extent pharmacy. But why is this happening? Have you ever really thought about it?If you have followed technology magazines, startups, and global trends, and if you put all this information together, you will notice something important. Today, artificial intelligence even very simple AI systems and bots can diagnose diseases, suggest optimal treatment plans, create accurate medical formulas, and integrate extremely fast with robotic devices that are designed to replace human doctors.

Right now, surgical robots already exist. Most of them still work with the help of a human operator. However, in the near future maybe in just a few years, or even months we will see fully certified surgical robots that do not need an operator at all. These robots will use specialized artificial intelligence, precise programming, and systems without human error to perform advanced surgeries.

On top of that, basic health checks such as heart rate, body temperature, and simple blood tests can already be done by very basic machines. Now let’s think about cost. Training a doctor from college to medical school and then to becoming a surgeon takes many years and costs an enormous amount of money. Governments, hospitals, and insurance systems all pay this cost. Add to that the risks and limitations of human doctors: fatigue, stress, mental pressure, and physical limits. In a traditional operating room, you often have seven or eight people working together, all earning salaries, all limited by working hours. Because humans cannot work 24/7, healthcare systems struggle to meet society’s needs, and as a result, healthcare costs keep rising. With robots and artificial intelligence, this changes. We can have access to medical services 24 hours a day, without exhaustion, without distraction, and with much lower long-term costs.nstead of spending twenty years training a single doctor paying for education, books, and living expenses we can replace much of that work with relatively simple and efficient machines. For me, this is actually good news.Yes, I am a doctor myself. But I believe humans should always tell the truth, not just what makes them feel comfortable. So in my opinion, artificial intelligence is not a threat to humans at all. On the contrary, if it is used correctly, it can greatly improve human life. AI can help make daily tasks easier, reduce costs, and increase comfort and convenience for people. With the right approach, artificial intelligence can support better living conditions, more efficient services, and broader access to essential resources. Many of the challenges we face today especially in areas like healthcare can be addressed more effectively with the help of AI-powered systems. All of these benefits are possible thanks to science and the researchers who continue to push technology forward. Their work allows us to build tools that serve humanity, not replace its values, but enhance its capabilities.
